abundant health, wealth, and happiness

The holiday season is officially upon us, as today is Thanksgiving. It’s important to acknowledge who and what you are thankful for. We get so caught up in the day-to-day stresses and obligations, it can sometimes be difficult to stop everything just so you can give a moment of thanks.

These opportunities are everywhere; the forecast predicted rain but you walked out to a blue sky. You got mostly green lights and little traffic on your way to work. Your favorite coffee place gave you a bigger cup for free because they made too much. Your partner noticed you were overwhelmed so they cooked dinner. Even within yourself; you woke up and realized that you actually slept well and your back doesn’t hurt. You reached out to a friend after losing touch, then find out that they missed you just as much. You’ve been making better health choices lately and it’s starting to show. There is so much to be thankful for.

I am thankful for all of the people in my life whom I love and love me back. The Earth’s beauty and wonder that often leaves me speechless. My clients, for trusting me to help and allowing me to push them to overcome hurdles and reach goals. For my own inner strength and burning desire to live a better life. To all of the older versions of myself who have lead me here, as I am today. Now let’s say it out loud, to anyone who needs to hear it. All year long, but especially today. Thank you!
