abundant health, wealth, and happiness

What do you do when you’re ruminating over that argument you had earlier and still feel irritated?

Frustrated that the dryer broke again after it was already under maintenance for nearly a month?

Full of rage because you’ve been cut off more than once on your way home, after a long day of work?

How can we feel happiness when all we are thinking about is negative emotions. Stuck. We allow them to control, distract and sometimes consume us. Neuroscience has shown that the brain will begin to build synapses because of these negative emotions. Furthering the normalcy for negativety in the brain, it becomes much easier to respond poorly to stress. Partnered with this negativety, Cortisol — the stress hormone that is released as our ancestorle “fight or flight response” floods your brain and opportunities for happiness becomes invisible.

Hot herbal tea is a wonderful way to ease tensions after a tough day. Steep appropriately, sip and enjoy.

Today, we typically have no animal predators. But the fears still exist. Over time, the extended release of cortisol will wear down your immune system. Those who stress more are more susceptible to chronic illness. Not to mention that at the very least, it can just be utterly exhausting.

Fear, anger, resentment, guilt, shame… These emotions are holding you back from happiness. You are stronger than you think. Have you ever considered how much of your life has been viewed through cynical lenses? Pay attention with great care, love and concern to what your mind is saying. Try to remind yourself to quiet the senses, release that tension in your body and breathe.

Only you have the power to live your life well.
