Can you say, without a doubt, that you have been living your life authentically?
Truthfully — I hope you’ve said no because that shows an openness to change for the better. Finding health and wellness in your life is a never-ending journey. There will always be something new to learn, as with any other subject. Even for all of my own personal work so far, I am still not able to say YES 100%.
TBH, I think it’s time for a talk about the importance of honesty.

Being truthful with yourself is one of the most important steps in finding balance and happiness in your life. I feel very strongly that it is crucial to your health and wellness.
– Have you ever explicitly identified your core beliefs and values?
– Could you be taking better care of your physical, mental and spiritual self?
– Is there room for improvement when it involves sticking firm to your boundaries?
– Is the job you’ve been in for years finally burning you out?
I think it’s beneficial to take time everyday to sit in quiet and contemplate your needs. Is there a way to remedy these deficits? I’m not asking you to meditate per say, just think about it.
Being honest means speaking your truth. Not allowing outside influences or negative self talk to paint a worse picture of you.. Be honest with yourself, who you want to be and also with those surrounding you in life. Lying does no good for anyone and ultimately the truth will always come out.
You deserve to live your life honestly, without fear.
